The Dynaset Dust Suppression System is based on HPW high pressure water pump, powered by the hydraulics of a carrier machine. High pressure nozzles are installed on the attachment and additionally on the machine's boom. Water is atomised by high pressure to fine droplets of extremely small size. The weight of waterbound dust particles increase dramatically, making them fall down. However, the size of the water droplets is so insignificant, that the dust particles do not become wet enough to make the working area muddy. Effective dust particle binding and lower water consumption are special features of Dynaset Water Suppression System
